Man Facing 3rd Offense DUI after Crash

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man from St. Albans is facing DUI charges after an early morning accident.

According to a news release, David B. Wilcox, 54, of Poca, was involved in an accident at the intersection of 3rd Street and Route 60 when officers smelled a distinct odor of alcohol on his breath.

Police say Wilcox took a field sobriety test and was arrested and charged with DUI.

According to a news release, Wilcox has two previous DUI convictions and two pending DUI cases from earlier this year.

No one was hurt in the accident.
