Man Facing Indecent Exposure Charge

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Charleston man is facing an indecent exposure charge after an incident at a local fast food restaurant.

According to a press release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, Tiance Hughes, 31, of Charleston, is being charged with one count of indecent exposure.

Deputies received a complaint of Hughes viewing pornographic images on his laptop and touching himself inappropriately at a local fast food restaurant, according to the release.

Hughes then left the restaurant and went to the public library. According to the release, Deputy Atha found Hughes again looking at pornography on his laptop.

Hughes was sent to jail and his bond was set at $500.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office is looking to get in touch with an adult male and 11-year-old child that were at the fast food restaurant at the same time Hughes was there. If you know their identity, please call 304-357-0169.
