HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police say they have arrested two people in an armed robbery at the Rich Oil gas station in Wayne County.
The robbery happened at the station in the 4900 block of Waverly Road (U.S. 60), just west of Huntington about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Troopers say that surveillance video and information from witnesses led them to search of a house in the 2900 block of Chase Street in Huntington Thursday night.
Officers arrested Ryan Booth, 31, and Ashley Booth, 29, following that search.
Investigators say during the search, they found several items that linked the pair to the robbery. They also say the pair admitted to the crime.
Ryan Booth is charged with armed robbery, petit larceny, and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
Ashley Booth is charged with being an accessory before, during, and after the fact to armed robbery.
Both are being held in the Western Regional Jail.
