BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Two men were arrested Tuesday after more than $50,000 worth of metal I-beams were stolen from a man's property in Cannonsburg, according to a news release from the Boyd County Sheriff's Department.
Grant Meadows, 37, and Kenneth Blevins, 45, of Ashland, both were charged with theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000 worth of property. A third man is wanted on similar charges.
Blevins and Meadows were arrested after a man said he saw three men loading the I-beams onto a truck. It happened in the 15300 block of Ky. 180.
Blevins and Meadows were arrested at the scene, and the third man fled on foot.
The thefts had been happening for the past four days, according to the release.
