MIDDLEPORT, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Police in Middleport, Ohio say they made the largest heroin bust in the village history overnight Sunday.
Police tell WSAZ.com officers conducted an undercover investigation and seized 10 grams of heroin with a street value of approximately $3,000, $1,200 cash and a vehicle.
The bust took place at a rail yard within the village limits.
Police arrested four people, three were local residents and the other was a man from Columbus, Ohio.
Their names have not yet been released at this time.
Although heroin has been on the radar for some time, officers tell us they cannot recall a bigger heroin seizure within the village limits.
