Milton Man Indicted on Child Porn Charges

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A man from Milton has been indicted on child pornography charges by a federal grand jury in Charleston.

Charles D. Cunningham, 39, was charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.

Cunningham faces up to 30 years in prison, a $500,000 fine and lifetime supervised release if convicted.
