Multiple Vehicle Accident Causes Traffic Delays in Big Chimney

BIG CHIMNEY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A pregnant woman was taken to the hospital after an accident along Indian Creek Road in Kanawha County.

The accident was reported about 7:30 a.m. just before the Big Chimney Bridge.

Emergency crews say a pickup truck was head south on Indian Creek Road when he slammed on his breaks because a car in front of him was stopped. This caused a chain reaction with three other vehicles.

The pregnant woman was not seriously hurt.

BIG CHIMNEY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A multiple vehicle accident is causing delays on Indian Creek Road in Kanawha County.

The accident was reported about 7:30 a.m. just before the Big Chimney Bridge.

Emergency crews tell WSAZ.com several vehicles were involved in the accident and Indian Creek Road is down to one lane.

No one was hurt.
