BOONE COUNTY/LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- According to information from the American Electric Power Web site, power has been restored this morning in Boone and Lincoln counties.
Nearly 8,400 customers lost power Monday evening.
Emergency officials at 911 centers in both counties said they had no severe weather Monday evening or nothing else to explain the outages.
In Boone County, 4,931 customers were without electricity as of just before 10 p.m. Monday, AEP information showed. In Lincoln County, outage maps showed 3,459 customers without power.
