One Dead After SUV Flips into River

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A single vehicle crash on Friday has killed a Pike County, Ky. man.

Kentucky State Police say the accident happened on River Road in Draffin.

Troopers say Louie B. Stewart, 48, of Draffin, went off the road and flipped his SUV into the river.

They say a passenger in the SUV was able to get out.

Stewart died at the scene.

No word on what caused Stewart to lose control and crash.
