FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint and beaten and now deputies say they're searching for two suspects.

It happened in a parking lot of Route 16 of the old County Line Bar in Mount Hope just after 1 a.m. Saturday. The Dominos Pizza delivery driver told deputies this was a known location for customers to meet.

The delivery driver told deputies two men approached and one aimed a gun at him while the other ordered him to the ground and demanded cash.

Deputies say they beat the delivery driver, threw his cell phone and ran off. They were last seen traveling south on Route 16 toward Bradley. The delivery employee was unable to call 911 immediately because his cell phone was thrown over the hill by the suspects.

The first suspect is described as a man in his late 30's, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green ball cap with an olive green jacket and similar colored pants. He also had a gray goatee and brown eyes.

The second suspect is described as a man in his early 30's, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. He was seen wearing a dark brown or green jacket with a hood and possibly jeans. The suspect was clean shaven with what appeared to be a red scar on his neck.

The photo seen on is from a convenience store. The man seen is a person of interest.
