BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police are looking for suspects responsible for setting a police cruiser on fire.
The Bluefield Police Department says it happened between 5:30 and 6 a.m. Saturday.
The cruiser was parked along Rogers Street in the Municipal Building parking lot.
One officer used a fire extinguisher to try and put the fire out.
Firefighters say an accelerant was used to spark the flames from a distance.
The State Fire Marshal has ruled the fire suspicious.
Officers with the Bluefield Police Department say they view this as a threat.
