Raleigh County Man Charged with Running Over, Killing Boy with Car

RALEIGH COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A little boy is dead after police say the man who was supposed to be taking care of him, ran over him with a car.

Charles Wickline was arrested Thursday night and charged with child neglect resulting in death.

Deputies say Wickline was watching a 13-month-old boy when he backed his car over him.

The boy was taken to the hospital, but he did not survive.

Wickline is being held in jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
