ROANE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Three people are in jail following a meth bust.
On January 11, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 805 Jefferson Street in Spencer.
Officers say when they arrived Ned Gipson was acting erratic, so he was placed on the floor.
The officer while trying to figure out what was happening spoke with two young children in the home.
While inside the home, officers noticed a strong chemical smell. Officers say they also noticed a microwave in the back bedroom that had meth making ingredients inside it.
More meth making materials were found throughout the home.
Della Bailey was inside the home. Officers say she was jerky and appeared to be under the influence of meth.
According to officers, another man in the home, Roy Brown, had what appeared to be iodine stains on his pants showing that he had been involved in the meth cooking process.
Bailey, Brown, Gipson were all arrested and charged with attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, conspiracy and child neglect causing the risk of injury.
Their bond is set at $150,000
