All Lanes of Route 35 in Mason County Back Open

MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- All lanes of Route 35 near Nine Mile reopened about 3:46 a.m. Monday.

A tractor trailer wrecked about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

All lanes reopened not long after the crash but it took longer to cleanup the northbound lane.

The driver wasn't injured.

MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The driver of a tractor trailer was able to walk away with no injuries after flipping the truck on its side.

It happened about 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Route 35 near Nine Mile.

Point Pleasant Fire Chief Jeremy Bryant says the accident is believed to be weather related, but is still under investigation.

The northbound lane of Route 35 remain closed and are expected to be closed for quite some time.

The southbound lane is now open.
