NITRO, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- W.Va. 25 (1st Avenue) has reopened Tuesday night after a massive sinkhole developed earlier in the day, Nitro Police say.
The hole was reported about 8 a.m. Tuesday at 100 1st Ave. -- one of the detours for the Nitro-St. Albans bridge closure.
All lanes were reopen Tuesday night.

According to Metro 911, the hole is four feet wide and about three feet deep.
Nitro Police are on the scene directing traffic, but so far everything is moving smoothly.
No word on when the road will be fixed.
