St. Albans Heroin Dealer Sentenced to Federal Prison

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A St. Albans heroin dealer was sentenced on Wednesday to 21 months in federal prison, according to information from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin's office.

Leonard Lewis Hare, 39, of St. Albans, previously pleaded guilty in November of 2013 to distribution of heroin.

On Aug. 13, 2012, Hare sold eight eight heroin “stamps” of approximately .06 grams each, to an informant while at his residence at the Carriage Hill Apartments in Saint Albans.
