PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Detectives with The Southern Ohio Drug Task Force say they found a clandestine “One Pot” meth lab inside a residence in the 4200-block of Dever Street in Portsmouth.
Detectives arrested 32-year-old Dustin E. Carver and charged him with manufacturing meth within 100 feet of a juvenile, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of meth.
During a search of the residence detectives say not only discovered chemicals and materials used to manufacture meth, but an active “one pot” meth cook. They say Carver admitted to producing meth.
Carver was charged with manufacturing meth within 100 feet of a juvenile, and illlegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of meth.
