VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- For a third time, a man from Vinton County is on trial for murder.
Jury selection began Wednesday morning for Robert Schall, 49, of Hillsboro, Ohio.
Schall is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated arson and aggravated robbery in the death of 55-year-old Michael Hunt.
Hunt was found dead in his burned out home on Albright Road in Eagle Township in October 2011.
This is the third time this year the case has gone to trial.
His first trial in April ended in a mistrial after jurors said they could not reach a verdict after deliberating three hours.
His trial in September also ended in a mistrial on day two after a Vinton County Sheriff's Deputy gave a juror a ride home from the trial.
This week’s trial is expected to last three days. It is taking place in Vinton County Common Pleas Court.
