Traffic Stop Leads to Meth Lab Charges

MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is behind bars after admitting to deputies that he had a meth lab in his home.

According to the Mason County Sheriff's Office, Roy See, 48, is being charged with operating a clandestine meth lab.

Sunday, See was pulled over by Point Pleasant Police about 5 p.m. During the traffic stop, officers called the sheriff's office for assistance.

According to investigators, Cpl. Powell with the Mason County Sheriff Office interviewed See and that is when he admitted that he had a meth lab at his home. See then gave deputies permission to search his home.

Bond for See was set at $100,000.
