Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

MARMET, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A large amount of marijuana and pills were taken off the streets Thursday in the Kanawha Valley.

Eugene Lobaugh was pulled over by deputies in Marmet.

A quick search of his car turned up 2 pounds of marijuana and almost 300 oxycodone pills.

Deputies say everything that was seized is worth more than $200.

Deputies say Lobaugh was also carrying $6,000 in cash.

He is now in the South Central Regional Jail facing drug charges.
