Fallen Tree Limb Damages Car near Ritter Park

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It is not the way anyone want to begin their day.

Friday morning a huge tree limb fell on a car belonging to Mayor Kim Wolfe's wife, Debbie.

It happened about 8 a.m. on 13th Avenue between 11th and 12th Street near Ritter Park in Huntington.

Huntington Fire Chief Creig Moore tells WSAZ.com, Mayor Wolfe had just pulled out in his vehicle just before the limb fall on the car.

Thankfully, no one injured.

Clean up crews are on the scene and they say the mess should be cleaned up by 9:30 a.m.
