Two Killed in Crash near Glenville

GLENVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) –Two people are dead after a head-on crash near Glenville.

W.Va. State Police say it happened Wednesday on W.Va. Route 5.

Brenda Stump, 49, and Misty Tomblin, 34, both of Glenville were killed.

Troopers say Stump was driving east in her SUV when she crossed the center line and hit Tomblin’s SUV head-on.

Investigators say Ms. Stump was not wearing her seat belt, but Ms. Tomblin was.

Troopers say alcohol or drugs do not appear to have been a factor in the crash.
