CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Two men are in jail after Cabell County Sheriff’s Deputies say one man shot at the other with a rifle and the other ran the first man over with his car.

According to criminal complaints, Jared Cody Holley, 23, of Lesage, drove through Kevin Robert Montgomery’s back yard and ran him over. Montgomery, 46, also of Lesage, shot a .22 caliber rifle at Holley’s car as it drove away from his house. One of the shots shattered the glass of the rear window of Holley’s car, a Hummer.
