WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two volunteer fire departments in Wayne County are getting federal funding to provide training and upgrade equipment for the departments.
Congressman Nick Rahall announced Wednesday that the Kenova Volunteer Fire Department is getting $29,811 to purchase thermal imaging cameras and chain saws.
The Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department will receive $8,312 to provide training for firefighters.
