GALLIPOLIS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A Gallipolis woman was sentenced to nearly five years in prison after pleading guilty to having a sexual relationship with a minor.
According to court documents, last week, Autumn Beaver, 29, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, both felony charges.
Beaver was indicted in April, after allegedly having sexual contact with a teenager who was between the ages of 13 and 16.
As part of the plea agreement, five other charges were dropped in the case.
Beaver was sentenced to 59 months in prison, and granted credit for the one day she has previously served.
She will be classified as a tier 1 sex offender when she is released from prison.
According to court records, Beaver is not to have contact with the victim, or his family.
According to the indictment, Autumn L. Alban Beaver, 29, is charged with five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators say that Beaver allegedly had sexual contact with a teenager, who was between the ages of 13-16, between June 2013 and August 2013.
She is also charged with one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, which the Ohio Attorney General's Office says is for soliciting nude photos of the minor, which he allegedly sent to her phone.
Beaver is also charged with one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, for sending nude photos of herself to the teen, according to the AG's Office.
Beaver was arraigned Thursday morning in Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was able to post bond, according to court officials.
Beaver's trial was set for August 26.
