GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) – The Greenup County Sheriff says a man from Wurtland has been arrested and charged with making meth in the home he was staying in Worthington.

Sheriff Keith Cooper says Paul David Sergent, 36, is charged with manufacturing meth and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
