Man Seriously Hurt in Stabbing; Sister Arrested

MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A man was stabbed in the back late Wednesday night at a mobile home in Lovely, Ky., and the suspect is his sister, the Martin County Sheriff's Department tells WSAZ.com.

William Ray Evans was flown to Cabell Huntington Hospital with serious injuries.

The stabbing happened at Moore's Trailer Park.

The victim's sister, Marlena Evans, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault. She had been wanted on a drug possession charge and was found at the scene of the stabbing.

Marlina Evans was taken to the Big Sandy Detention Center.
