Possible House Fire Along 8th Street in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Huntington firefighters are on the scene Friday night of a large home in the 1100 block of 8th Street that is filled with smoke, Cabell County 911 dispatchers say.

The street has been closed to traffic in that area.

Despite a lot of smoke in the home, firefighters had not spotted actual flames. The incident was reported just before 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Neighbors tell WSAZ.com they don’t think anyone was in the home at the time.
