An old Christian hymn has been filling churches since around the time of the Civil War. It's called “The Church's One Foundation.” In Mason, W.Va., they could have written another hymn called “The Church's Two Foundations.” Evelyn Proffitt's 97-years-old and grew up in the Mason United Methodist Church.
