In this weeks Hometown Hero, we introduce you to a woman who's living proof that staying young is all in your mind.

For Doris Wellman, exercising and living healthy is a passion. Twice a week she and many other seniors come and take part of her exercise class.

For twenty years now, Doris has been volunteering her time as an exercise instructor at the UK Boyd County Cooperative Extension Service Office in Catlettsburg, Kentucky.

The class does everything from stretching, lifting weights, how to have better posture, to playing ball.
