HOMETOWN HERO: Bill Roberts
Sometimes it takes a little nudge to head down the right path in life. But once some special folks get that push, they turn their daily routine into random -- and not so random -- acts of kindness. That's just the case with Bill Roberts, our most recent WSAZ Hometown Hero.

LOUISA, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Sometimes it takes a little nudge to head down the right path in life.
But once some special folks get that push, they turn their daily routine into random -- and not so random -- acts of kindness. That's just the case with Bill Roberts, our most recent WSAZ Hometown Hero.
He does some very special volunteer work at the J.J. Jordan Geriatric Center -- working with everyone from the elderly residents to middle school students who come to watch the residents play bingo.
