I have a question for John...When mowing & mulching leaves..Is it a good idea to leave the mulched leaves on the lawn. We have a lot of moss in the yard and I'm wondering if the mulched leaves caused this? Thanks

John, I have access to a large amount of horse manure combined with saw dust. Is there somewhere it can be tested for the fertilizer values, if so what can I expect to pay? I'm afraid that it is high in acid and would require alot of lime also.

These are all good ideas, John, but why not promote 'organic fertilizers' as well. Many folks who have rabbits know the benefits of the manure when it comes to flower beds, composting and gardens. Can you do some research and help us promote this movement to 'get back to basics'?
