NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Mark Dorris hit a jump shot with 1.6 seconds left to give Marshall a 70-68 come-from-behind victory over
Tulane tonight (Wednesday) in New Orleans.

Dorris scored 14 of his 16 points in the second half.

Coach Donnie Jones was ejected for a pair of technical fouls
with 17:10 left in the game. Assistant Shawn Finney, a former head coach at Tulane, coached the rest of the game for Marshall.

Kevin Sims made three of the four foul shots awarded for Jones'
technicals, and Tulane led 43-28.

But Marshall came back, hitting 65 percent of its shots in the
second half while Tulane made 34.5 in percent.

Markel Humphrey and Tirrell Baines had 20 points each for
Marshall. Tyler Wilkerson had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the
Herd.
