ORIGINAL STORY
Police need your help to catch a man they say took advantage of a senior citizen.

The Charleston Police Department has named Wallace Lee Jackson one of Charleston's Most Wanted.

He's accused of scamming an 81-year old man out of 400 dollars.

Jackson owns a painting company called All-Pro Painting based in St. Albans.

Police say in October, Jackson cashed the victim's deposit check for a painting job, but never did the work. Detectives say the victim tried to get in touch with Jackson several times, but Jackson hasn't called him back.

The victim found the business, All-Pro Painting, in the phone book.

We checked with the state tax office and the business is licensed.

Call Detective Snodgrass at the Charleston Police Department at (304) 348-6480 if you have any information about Wallace Lee Jackson. His last known address is on Grant Avenue in St. Albans.
