CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A crook caught on camera has sliced his way to the headlines--literally.

The Charleston Police Department has named the person pictured one of Charleston's Most Wanted. They're are asking for your help to identify and catch him.

The surveillance pictures and video are from the Hampton Inn on Virginia Street--next to the Elk River.

The suspect is facing breaking and entering charges when he's caught.

MAYBE IF THEY COULD ZOOM IN ON HIS FACE AND GET A GOOD HEAD SHOT OF HIM, THAN SOMEONE WOULD RECOGNIZE HIM ALOT FASTER AND IT WOULD BE CASE CLOSED.. I'M SURE SOMEONE THATS SEEN THIS ALREADY KNOWS WHO HE IS..A FAMILY MEMBER OR SOMETHING PROBABLY...

Pablo-if you put cameras within 8-10 feet of the ground, people will steal them or knock them down. One example is Marathon on 3rd Ave and Buffington Street...they had about 4 cameras outside on the building at one point (I would say 10-12 feet up and I do not know if they have been replaced) and they were stolen within two days of being installed. It's ridiculous what the times are coming to, but business can at least invest in high quality recording devices. I've seen better through mail order catalogs for $50...cheap cheap
