MOST WANTED: Cigarette Theft Suspect
Police say she uses lottery tickets to distract store clerks while she steals cartons of cigarettes from behind the counter.

Police say she uses lottery tickets to distract store clerks while she steals cartons of cigarettes from behind the counter -- and she was caught on tape.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department needs your help to identify her and is naming her one of Charleston's Most Wanted.

Deputies say the woman in the pictures has used this tactic at 3 local convenience stores: stealing at least a thousand dollars worth of cigarettes.
