HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The young man who ran on the field during the Marshall-WVU football game faces multiple charges.
22-year-old David Levenson of Charleston is charged with battery on a police officer, trespassing, obstructing, and petit larceny, which are all misdemeanors.
Levenson’s preliminary hearing on the charges is set for November 5 in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
Levenson was taken to the Western Regional Jail where he was later released on bail.
The incident happened in the 4th quarter of the game Friday night.
