AT&T Debuts 4G LTE in Charleston

Charleston, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- AT&T has announced that it will be activating its 4G LTE service in the Charleston market effective Wednesday, July 31.

The cell phone carrier activated its 4G LTE service earlier this year in Huntington and Morgantown. It joins Verizon, which had already been offering 4G LTE service in the Charleston area.

According to AT&T, its upgraded service is 10 times faster than 3G.
