CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is under arrest after a confidential informant with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department purchased prescription pills from a woman Tuesday night.
She told the informant she lived at Renaissance Circle in Charleston.
Deputies went to the apartment complex and found Jeremiah Jordan.
According to the criminal complaint, they found about 28 grams of marijuana in a plastic baggy hidden in a toilet drain.
Jordan had more than $800; $240 of which was used by the informant to buy the prescription pills.
Jordan is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, which carries a one to 15-year prison sentence.
