CEDAR GROVE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Kanawha County Sheriff's Department says both Eastbound lanes are back open at Route 60 and Cedar Grove.
The lanes were shut down after two car crashes were caused by black ice Monday morning.
Metro 911 is requesting all drivers use caution on roads and bridges due to cold temperatures and ice.

Kanawha County Dispatch says the road is shut down just before the four-lane segment at the bridge.
They say black ice is the cause for the accidents.
Dispatch says no one was seriously hurt.
The road will remain closed until the Department of Highways arrives with salt.
