UPDATE: Body of Elderly Man Found in Woods; Death Attributed to Natural Causes

UPDATE 11/12/12 @ 7:05 p.m.
KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An elderly man whose body was found late Monday afternoon in a wooded area had been hunting and died of natural causes, the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department says.

The body was found just off Coal River Road near Tornado.

The scene has been cleared; there is no criminal investigation underway.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Emergency crews have found the body of an elderly man in the woods.

The body was found late Monday afternoon just off Coal River Road near Tornado.

Dispatchers say the man was last seen Monday morning when he left his house to go hunting.
