SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police have arrested the man they believe robbed the 7-Eleven on Jefferson Road in South Charleston.
The robbery happened about 2:45 a.m. on July 25th.
Police say Jeremy Elswick walked into the store and pulled out a gun and demanded money. Investigators say Elswick got away with $40.
Investigators were able to catch up with him at a house in Kanawha City, Sunday night.
Police say Elswick stole four cars since the robbery.
He has been charged with armed robbery, burglary and several other charges.
Police say more charges are pending against Elswick.
He is in the South Central Regional Jail.

The robbery was reported about 2:45 a.m. at the 7-Eleven located at 1111 Jefferson Road in South Charleston.
According to a news release, the man walked into the store and pulled out a gun and demanded money. Investigators say Elswick got away with $40.
When investigators responded to the scene and watched the surveillance video, an officer immediately identified the suspect as Jeremy David Elswick, 33, of Charleston.
The clerk told police she remembers Elswick was in the store earlier in the night.
In fact, police say the surveilliance video shows Elswick parked in front of the doors across a few parking spots in a 1999 to 2002 white Chevrolet Silverado and walked in the store and bought something and then left in the truck.
Officers later found that same truck at Elkswick house, but he wasn't there.
Investigators say Elswick should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police say Elswick told the clerk he had a gun, but never showed the weapon.
He demanded money and then ran away.
Police say they are searching for Elswick's truck, right now.

Dispatchers say the man went into the 7-Eleven just before 3 a.m., saying he had a gun. He fled the scene on foot. No weapon was shown during the robbery.
Dispatchers say the suspect is in his mid-40's, with a shaved head and tattoos on his neck, wearing a white button up shirt and jeans. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Dispatchers say a K-9 unit is on scene aiding in the search for the suspect.
