KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Power has been restored along a busy stretch of Corridor G in Kanawha County.
Dispatchers say about 375 customers lost power from Dudley Farms to past Walmart.
The lights were off for about 30 minutes. Shops and businesses had to close during the outage.
Traffic lights were also affected by the outage.
Appalachian Electric Power reports the power is out in the area of Corridor G and Green Road.
Kanawha County 911 Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com they have recieved calls that power is out from Dudley Farms all the way past Walmart.
375 customers are effective by this power outage. AEP is estimating that the power will be restored about 2-2:30 p.m. Friday. Dispatchers say they don't know what caused the outage yet.
Dispatchers urge drivers to use caution in the area because traffic lights are out in the area.
