UPDATE: Both Lanes Re-open in I-79 South Accident in Kanawha County

PINCH, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Both lanes of Interstate 79 have re-opened late Tuesday night after an accident earlier in the evening, dispatchers say.

The crash happened about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday when a car crashed into a barrier.

There was no word about possible injuries.

PINCH, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident that has shut down the southbound lanes of I-79 in Pinch.

The crash happened about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com a car has crashed into a barrier.

There is no word on any injuries.
