INSTITUTE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department says one eastbound lane is now open at the Institute exit.
A crash involving four vehicles shut down all eastbound lanes at 5:22 a.m. Tuesday.
It happened at the 49 mile marker.
One person was taken to the hospital.
