Two-Car Accident Causes Traffic Problems on Route 119

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A two vehicle accident has caused a traffic tie-up off the Oakwood exit ramp going south on Route 119 in Charleston.

The accident was reported just after noon Wednesday just off the Oakwood exit ramp.

Two cars were involved in the accident. Two people were hurt in the crash, they are being taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Right now, drivers can get on the interstate from Route 119, but the road is blocked for drivers heading south toward Southridge. Traffic is backed up in the area.
