CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police have released the names of those arrested during a raid at a bar in Charleston.
It happened Tuesday night at Shaars on Central Avenue.
Those arrested include:
Carolyn Carter, 66
James Baldwin, 52
Marcus Curtis, 24
George Flood, 48
Isaiah McDade, 37
Jamlia Oliver, 31
Kenneth England, 45
Brian Miller, 29
Charleston Police say Carter was wanted on a domestic assault charge.
Baldwin had 12 warrants for his arrest.
Flood, Oliver and England are being charged with possession of marijuana.
Curtis and McDade had state warrants for their arrests. It's unclear what their charges are at this time.
According to the criminal complaint, Miller was arrested when he refused to cooperate with police and continued cursing at officers.
Police are still working with the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration (ABCA) to determine the bar's future.
In a statement, management at Shaars said "We consented to a search of our establishment (Shaars). The police had no warrant. They removed seats from the booths, removed ceiling tiles, and had us open our safe. NOTHING was found inside this establishment."
911 dispatchers say since August, police have not been called to the bar, but they do patrol around it often.

Police said they were called to Shaar's Bar after several nuisance complaints.
So far, police said seven people have been arrested in connection with drug activity.
Police also said they will be looking into revoking the bar's liquor license and possibly even shutting the bar down.
