Thursday night Kanawha County Commissioners approved the plan was sent to Commissioners last month by members of the Parks & Recreation Board.

The plan provides a one-time offer to logger Dave Bowen to pay the County $150,000 to pay for damage when he illegally cut-down and sold trees from the park.
