Fire Destroys Mobile Home; Meth Lab Found

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It didn't take long for fire to destroy a mobile home in Kanawha County and it uncovered crime.

It broke out along Smith Creek Road in Jefferson about 2 p.m.

By the time firefighters arrived, flames were shooting through the roof.

No one was inside.

There is no word on what started it.

We also learned that West Virginia State Police found a meth lab behind the home.

Jacqualyn McClanahan has been arrested and is being taken to Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

Troopers are getting warrants for Rodney and Joey Eads.

Investigators believe the home was empty.

Smith Creek Road has been shut down to give crews room to fight the fire.

It is unclear if anyone has been hurt.
