Fire Destroys House in Miami

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Firefighters from Cabin Creek and East Bank were called out to a fire on Tawney Lane in Miami.

The fire broke out just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday

Fire crews say the fire was especially hot and took a while to get under control.

Right now, they're not sure if anyone lived in the home or if it was vacant.

No one was hurt.

The home is a total loss.
